Terms of Service

Use this service only for lawful text edits to images you own or are licensed to modify.

Service description

ChangeTextImage is operated by an independent developer providing AI-powered image text editing services. For account, billing, privacy, refund, abuse, or legal questions, contact support@changetextimage.com.

Uploaded images

You may upload only images that you own or have permission to edit, and you are responsible for all rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and lawful bases needed to upload, process, edit, download, and use each image and output.

Download window

Generated output files are not permanent hosted storage. Signed-in Dashboard downloads may expire after 7 days or be removed sooner if you delete them, close your account, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy. Download and store files you need before they expire.

AI limits

AI image editing is probabilistic and can make mistakes. Exact font recovery, uninterrupted service, perfect background repair, and regulated-workflow suitability are not promised.

Paid access and credits

One-time credit packs may be offered through Creem checkout, PayPal checkout, or another payment option shown before purchase. Credits do not have a scheduled expiration while the account remains active, but they may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, duplicate grants, account closure, service discontinuation with notice, or legal requirements.

NSFW and sexual content

Do not use the service to create, edit, transform, or generate NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content. This includes non-consensual intimate images, sexual deepfakes, and any sexual content involving minors. This rule applies to user-provided images and AI-assisted outputs.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's place of residence, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
